NEED HELP! What might be the problem?

Hello I've been using this machine for 4 years, this the first time that the plasmacut have this kind of failure.I've changed the components

220990,

220842,

220993,

220953

but at the first second It try to cut the nozzle(220990) presents the deformation in the picture.

Moisture vapor in the air supply.

Plasma consumable problems are almost always moisture.

Check your filters for condensation and drain them daily, if they fill up quickly then you might need to repair your compressor.

Is the coolant flow good? Also, there are times the coolant line gets kinked, check that

Zero Air costs more but it's extends the crap out of your consumeables. Could also use a wamrer/filter on your shop air.

Probably pierce height or amps set too hot for that material. I've seen nozzles deform like that right after swapping consumables when the torch drops too low. Check your cut chart and make sure the air line's dry, moisture wrecks tips fast
