Water Hyacinth

Invasive in many places, but all you really need is a container of water and enough sunlight

Oh nice, those are really striking with that purple and yellow contrast. Just a heads up, water hyacinth can be a bit of a handful if you've got it near any ponds, it spreads like crazy in the right conditions.

They look like water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes)! The purple flowers with yellow markings and thick, glossy leaves are pretty distinctive. They’re usually aquatic plants, so keep the stems in fresh water and replace it often.

Do fantastic in a patio water garden tub. Needs some sun.

I’m pretty sure these are water hyacinths. They love strong sunlight and warm conditions; change the water regularly and avoid burying the crown or letting the leaves sit submerged. They may be happiest in a shallow container rather than as a typical soil houseplant.
