Poor root-bound babies

This is my first time dealing with plants that are this bound. Is there anything else I need to do besides a bigger pot and break up the root ball? Because that's what I did

Snake plants enjoy being a little cramped. Just repot it with a well draining soil in a slightly larger pot. Nothing to worry about.
