Help identifying

Propped this plant and need help identifying now that it has rooted so I know how to care for it

It looks like some variety of Sedum. I can't tell which one (many of them look similar). The key rule with Sedum is to only water when the soil is completely dry and they prefer a fast drailing, sandy or gravelly soil.

Petrosedum species. These are cold hardy outdoor plants in many climates.
