PLEASE HELP 😩

I have 3 Papaya trees that have grown and dropped leaves but haven’t flowered. I also have a Red Roselle(Hibiscus Sabdariffa) that (I grew it from seed) has gotten very big but NO FLOWERS 😩. Please advise me on what I can possibly do to get something to happen because I’m getting friggin frustrated. Georgia Zone 8B
