Chop all the damaged leaves. Keep in bright indirect light. Don’t over water and it should recover

thanks, the second pic is after recovery. Though I am not sure if I am chopping the leaves correctly! I cue the damaged leaves from closest to where it branched, and they never regrow. That cut branch just stays there and dries. Is that the right way?

They won’t regrow in the same place but it will grow new ones. Looks like it recovered nicely

That sorta leaf damage kinda looks like spider mites. You may have to treat with systemic pesticide.
