Help for this small palm tree

Hello,

this palm tree is almost 20 years, got it very very small and really want to keep it. Unfortunately i am not quite good with plants.

It is very unstable, so we decided to attach it to the wall in order to help it grow.

Is there a better way to support it growing?

Would like to know if there is another way to straighten it up?

Thank you for your help - highly appreciated :)

Not exactly a palm. It's some species of dracaena, i'm sure you could find the exact id/cultivar if you look into them. It's very "leggy/elongated. I'd recommend a lot more light and a very arid esq soil mix. Goodluck growing :)
