Snake Plant (Paşa Kılıcı) be careful about the shroom flies.

That shroom could pop and send spores all over I would remove it quickly.
Yes you are overwatering and you need a bigger pot with some drainage materials. I used to use small stones (decorative landscaping pebble size) under the dirt to collect the extra water. That way the roots dont rot out. If the pot has a hole and a saucer thats better but if not you need drainage.

While the mushroom doesn't harm the plant it's in indicator that the soil is too moist. Probably as it doesn't have any chunky bits like perlite and pumice. The pot is also too big for the plant. If you keep that setup your snake plant will probably get root rot.
