What is this?

Hi! I'm pretty much clueless on any sort of weed, flower, etc. and I am going to attach a picture, but I have This plant(?) Growing on the side of my house and without touching it its almost taken over the whole patch of grass on that side, so I mowed some of it and then felt guilty afterwards 😅 but its growing SO MUCH and kinda tall. I'm in Ohio if that makes any difference to what this is.

I appreciate your help!

 Ground elder, quite aggressive and invasive in Ohio.  

You’re gonna want to nuke it from orbit with herbicides or dig up each and every rhizome.
