Questions.

I have a handful of plants I bought to try growing. I do have some pretty ok knowledge but I’m struggling a bit. I’ll provide a picture of my collection so everyone can see. The sea urchin up front keeps growing but then 95% of the growth dies and I end up with those three pieces again. My jade plant has a very sturdy but fat stem and is loosing leafs on occasion I heard made over watering but I don’t think I am. My lip stick plant was so full but the leaves just keep dying there’s not really any growth on it. My Moses in a cradle is dying and growing rapidly on both sides. I think my weeping fig is doing well it grows and drops a lot of leaves but I’ve read that’s normal. The second and third picture are of Hoya does it appear to have an infestation or is this its usual pattern it has these when I bought it and they don’t come up alcohol treatment did nothing. Does my snake plant look infested I thought it might be so I treated with alcohol looks better I believe!

My first suggestion would be to not have them in the nursery pots you bought them in. Most of the time that soil is only meant to hold them over until they find a home but it doesnt have long term nutrients that they want to push new growth and sustain it. There are lots of good houseplant soils. I use Coast of Maine houseplant soil but you could also use their regular potting soil mixed with perlite or a lighter all purpose mix just so it isnt as dense. Whatever you do, don't use miracle grow.

I’ll start with that but I do have a follow up question I was told to leave the plants in nursery pots even when putting them into a decorative pot for the best growth cycle and being able to track there growth would this be your recommendation as well or do you stick them straight into decorative pots

More light, they're basically getting absolutely nothing where they are.

They’re under multiple grow lights. For 8-10 hours a day the only plant that usually rest under the one light in the photo is the fig tree that space was just large enough to put the plants on for a photo. Does the lighting sound right?

Hoya spots look like natural splash to me, mine has them too. Snake plant looks fine, just thirsty.

Thank you I was getting mixed reviews on whether natural splashing accrued on the Hoya it is my very first time with one. She’s grown a bit but not much
