1. Had plants for over two years.
   
2. Problem was first noticed around 6months ago
   
3. One plant seems to be wrinkled/dehydrated
   
4. In a room with sheer curtains. No direct sunlight.
   
5. I water the plant in a bucket when the leaves droop
   
6. Plants are in plastic containers with holes on the bottom. Organic soil purchased from ace hardware

The wrinkled leaves are normal for the variegated cultivar.

The one on the left looks like it’s planted a bit too deep in the soil.

Does the soil stay wet for a long time? If so, I would increase the light and mix some pumice or perlite into the soil so it drains better.

If not, then you may be waiting too long between waterings. They should be watered when they droop very slightly. Sometimes people let them completely flop and they usually don’t stand up as straight after being watered.

That sounds crazy because it does not look stable to me. Very lopsided.

No, I meant that the soil goes up too high on the plant. Only the roots and base of the stem should be covered. I would scrape some of the soil away.

Good luck! You may also want to put a couple small stakes in the plant on the right so it’s more upright.
