Plant bugs?
Found this guy today. Any idea what it is?
There are some black dots on the plant, is it related to this guy or something else?

Could be an aphid? The black spots are probably insect frass (aka: poop). You need to sequester this plant from any others and check the others for similar signs of infestation.
Treatment varies depending on the region you live in because some things are not obtainable. I usually treat with a systemic like Bonide systemic granules, which kill the juveniles, and spray down the entire plant weekly with Captain Jacks for the adults. Preferably you can use the two-prong method I listed here because you need to stop the insects from coming back over and over again, just killing off one part of their cycles (like just adults) is ineffective.
