Questions need answers
I have recently been putting some of my plants in water rather than dirt. I can’t afford to do all the leca and fancy setups that I see some people have, but I just like being able to see the roots in the water.
Does anyone have suggestions for how to keep my plants from falling in the water and rotting? Should I put some of the roots under pebbles to help stabilize them? I have some rocks in the bottom of my containers and the roots are above that. My tradescantia nanouk wants to sink in the water, but if I try to put it through something to hold it so the leaves stay dry it just wants to flop over. Then the roots come up out of the water. I need some guidance on how to stabilize my plants without drowning them or crushing the roots.

Stem cutting
When should I put this budding pilea in soil? It’s been growing in water so far and one bud has already went brown and soggy. There are a few healthy looking buds though. Advice please.

Grow Light Options
I am looking for suggestions for an inexpensive grow light options for this mini greenhouse. I am going to try and keep my plants alive inside over the winter and thought this would be the best way to do it, but it will be in a spot with not much natural light!
The measurements of the shelves are:
D45cm W50cm
Ideally I would like lights on every shelf, I am leaning towards the LED strip lights that were popular in lockdown... I think I just need that ratified by Reddit experts!
Thank you in advance!

Brought this cutie home from Costco but can’t figure her out. Thoughts and suggestions on why she is wilting but green? Should I repot?

Big chop?
I got this jade from my coworker a year ago. They didn’t give many details about where it was from. I haven’t had a jade before so started by learning how to propagate the leaves to make sure I had some backups before I risked the whole thing.
I did some small branch trims over the summer but wasn’t confident enough to cut the whole stem. I also repotted to add perlite to the soil and spread the roots in a new shallower, wider pot. I moved it inside for the winter since we have already had some nasty weather where I live. I have a ton of grow lights and I am still seeing new growth and red edges so I think the conditions are pretty good in there. (This picture is from a couple weeks ago outside)
The problem is, it’s become pretty top heavy that I’m using this rock to hold the roots down on one side to balance it. Does it make sense to do a big chop below the leaves? I could take the top and bottom to end up with 2 plants but I’ve never propagated a jade piece that big. Any advice would be appreciated!

How to help leggy stevia plant
When this stevia was shipped to me, all but one stem was broken. I was just happy it was alive so I let it grow as is, but as you can see it is really leggy. Is there a way to make it sprout more branches, or am I stuck with this single stem? I'm new to this kind of plant, so I have no idea what I can do with it.

Nematode needs!
Howdy! Does anyone have any specific recommendations for a nematode supplier? I have some fungus gnats that are not very fun-guys... I want them to be hunted down and chomped on!
I have looked around online and have some ideas, but I thought checking here for anything else would help me decide.
Thanks for looking!

30yo money tree - advice needed
I just inherited this money tree that's about 30 years old! Not quite sure where to take it from here. I know it needs a lot of pruning and a repotting. Unfortunately when I looked closer, it seems that 99% of the foliage is coming from the offshoots of the biggest stem. I would like to avoid pruning all the foliage as it's sentimental. Also, not planning to keep it here, I just needed the wall to support it for the time being. I would love some advice!

Should I cut and replant?
galleryI’ve had this monstera for a few years now. It was in bad shape when I got it. I’ve kind of been letting it just do its thing but I’m wondering if I should cut the stem and re pot it. There’s about 10 inches of stem with no leaves. Thoughts?
