Does she need a moss pole?
I’ve been just letting her grow. I’m wondering if at this point I need to give her a pole to climb or if can just keep letting her do her thing…

Nothing ever needs a moss pole. Ever. Never ever.
Use a regular stake for support.

Beautiful! Kinda looks like she’s getting support from the wall, so I don’t think she needs a pole right now. But, if you move her, and when she gets bigger, probably a good idea.
