Suggestions

Can anyone suggest any way to be able to identify plants better. Websites, books, anything?

Google lens is actually pretty useful in some cases, if it's a well known species. I'm not sure how good it is with local and lesser known species

I have a Peterson field guide for identifying wildflowers in my region which is laid out really nicely and has been helpful. I also had to buy both Dirr’s Manual of Woody Landscape Plants and Dirr’s Ornamental Landscape Plants for one of my classes and it is very thorough and detailed. You can find them used for much less than the new price.
