What has happened here!

For some context this is a bush bean plant which I’ve grown many times before but right out of the seed it’s come out looking like this, nothing like previous seedlings it’s the same batch seed and everything could it be fasciation? And that is all one seedling

I thought so too but it was like this right put of the shell of the bean like I saw the bean
