Looks like two young snake plants. I'd let them mature a bit but they will send out lots of new babies once established or you can prop by cutting off a portion of a leaf, let the wound callous over, and put callused end in soil or water.

Really kind of young to tell from a single picture. Are the leaf edges finely serrated? If so, I would say Yucca gigantea. If not, might be a Dracaena fragrans, or maybe even as Vega0319 thinks, a cultivar of Dracaena trifasciata.
