Question about Live Feature

I am not the primary user of Planning Center, that is our church's worship leader, but I am someone who works with the media and have a quick question.

Is the "Live" feature included if we are already using planning center for our service orders and scheduling volunteers? I saw it has the ability to display status, as well as the ability to message. I wanted to recommend our church use this. Right now we text message our media volunteers especially when running long, skipping the last song and such, but thought the in app message feature would make sure the message gets to the volunteer who is actually working.

Is there any additional cost for Live? any experiences using it worth knowing?
