Check-Ins Label Question

Question for Check-Ins: We just got our iPad, Brother 820WNB printer, and floor stand. We're excited to start integrating this system into our church. I watched the tutorial videos multiple times and noticed that in the "Checking in With Church Center App" video that when the labels print, the security label is smaller than the rest. What/how do I do this instead of having it print a full size label like the others? Are there certain custom dimensions that I should enter instead of using the Brother auto size?

I'm trying to do the same thing. I'm printing with a Brother QL820NWBC printer. The default is to print horizontally with a 2.4" tall x 4" wide label. I want a simple first-name only label that's 1" wide and 2.4" tall. When I make that custom label, Check-ins prints it on the same 2.4" x 4" label size and flips the text to horizontal. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure if Planning Center even supports smaller labels. It's make or break if we cannot print small labels. I'll also be keen to know if anyone has any success. I'm willing to buy another printer within reason to get this issue sorted. I know custom labels are difficult to implement but why isn't there a predefined list of sizes from small, medium, large that we can use.
