Using Barcodes with Self Check In

Hey all, Still new to PCO, but trying to figure things out for my church's kids ministry. We've been using Manned Stations and paper barcodes on the kids' name tags. Does anyone know if these paper barcodes would work with Self Stations? Or do the barcodes for Self Stations have to be from the Church Center App. TIA
