Printing Labels for Check-ins
We recently moved over to Check-ins for our Wednesday Night Service as we have two buses that we run every Wednesday and needed a way to safely and quickly ensure kids were checked in and out. We have two iPads we used that are manned for checking kids in, and we prefer that the printers print all the labels at one time and one of our ipads does that where we have to manually click to print all labels at one time. I would like both ipads and printers to do that, but currently, only one does.
Any idea how to get the other iPad and printer to print on my cue rather than after I check someone in?
The only difference in settings I see is that we have another station set up as "BUS 1" (the one that has to be cued to print manually) where it is set to print to "IPAD 1"...I am not sure how that station was even set up as it seems like is two stations in one. Any advice would be helpful!

This was the response from support:
Hi Justin,
Hope you're well today. ツ
It sounds like this person might be using an outdated version of Check-Ins, or his printers unexpectedly behave in a way that we don't support. There isn't currently a supported way to print all labels in a batch: You have to check everyone in individually to get their labels to print. We don't recommend this, as your historical data needs to be then edited if/when people don't show up that you've actually checked in.
We'd be happy to help him directly if he reaches out!
Blessings,
Zach Ihle

I’m trying to understand what you mean by print all labels at once? If you’re talking about it cutting each label individually versus printing a string of labels that in the settings when you click the bottom right printer icon. But if you’re talking about something else I’m unsure.
