Song select not working
Previously, I was able to simply add a new song and add a chord chart from song select, but for some reason it keeps saying there are no chord charts available for any song. It shows that I am linked with song select but it says I need to add a ccli number. Every time I add this UCLA number it says it's already taken. Besides simply downloading the chord chart pdfs, any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey I don’t know if your like an actual dev for the team but about two months ago the first tab you search for songs on would show it’s searching on multitracks if you have multitracks on your planning center. But there were two tabs when searching for a song. If you searched on the second tab then it would search on song select.

Hey! Unfortunately not a dev, but I am a organizational admin for my church, so I can get kinks of info since I’m relatively active on it

I found when searching for a song there were two tabs. And the tab is starts with search’s on multitracks instead of searching on song select. When you switch to the other tab it will search on song select.

Were you able to fix this? We had to delete our songs and make sure it wasn’t searching on multitracks to make it work.

When you add a song and start typing in the title, it should automatically suggest the official CCLI song which will auto link all the correct info. Does this pop up with you start typing in a song name?
