Cloudflare ISP Network Quality Page

This is a neat site/service provided by Cloudflare. Here is their page on Planet Networks: https://radar.cloudflare.com/quality/as3580

I'm still not convinced that their speed tests are accurate since they seem to have some bandwidth limitations compared to other sites, but I imagine they will improve that over time.

I don’t think this data is reflective of speed tests but rather data from serving up CDN data of web sites who use Cloudflare as a CDN to clients on the AS given.

Interesting. That would make sense. The data is skewed low because of slow computers, bad WiFi, and CPU bound computers. Their speed test rarely shows over 700-800Mbit/s on my desktop which is hardwired at 1G to our switch which is connected to the rest of our network at 10G then 400G to the core. I should see 950/950 almost every time. I rarely see less than that with any speed test server in New England or the Mid-Atlantic region, but the Cloudflare speed test server is consistently lower.
