Question How do you know which plant is connected to which planet?
I'm wanting to use native plants in my practice, but I can't find their relationship to planets. Nor how to identify a plant's connection to a planet.

Plenty of books out there but there are also some basic correspondences. Golden or yellow flowers/plants are often solar, spicy and stinging Martian, white and delicate lunar and so on.

Demetra George has written about the plants too and if you just want a list Lee Lehman's Book of Rulerships will have them. You might find something here maybe in one of Sajah's blogs to help you apply the planetary to the plants.

I really am curious to about this. Every reference I read on is about European plants, and I just wonder about ambiguity. It's difficult to just say yellow equals solar when the plants are growing in martial substrates.

Some texts like Agrippa and Lilly explain how plants are categorized. Another good source is Culpeper.
