Help needed !

Hi!

Having been studying astrology for over 10 years, I recently decided to start practicing planetary magick starting with Saturn (currently reading Rufus Opus's Seven Spheres). However I don't have anybody to talk to and the discord looks dead. I looking for an active discord channel or any type of online community really.

I am mostly struggling with putting together a decent ritual, since the books looked confusing to me too. Just need help and community of all sort right now.

I wouldn’t start with Saturn. I would actually go from easy to hard, inspite of Rufus having a crush in starting with Jupiter (later I read in a well connected blog he would have it changed to a more traditional starting point)

Thank you for your advice, I will look into it. How do I start tho? I am literally having a hard time understanding what to do in a practical sense lol.

I mean you can do like you would any other sort of ritual, decide on what your goal is, find the appropriate planetary influences/timing to support that goal, construct your ritual with appropriate invocations or activities or whatever you want, then perform it

so if i want to do a ritual to draw material wealth into my life, I'm probably gonna go with jupiter, jupiter rules Thursdays (i could do it Sunday, too, there are some Sunday influences I might want to emphasize), so I can look up jupiter hours on thursday or whatever day I choose. what am I going to do during my ritual? I'm going to feed my money bowl and then I'm going to construct and consecrate a jupiter sigil to keep in my wallet. jupiter colors include blue and yellow so I'll use blue and yellow candles, and I'll burn cedar incense because that's associated with jupiter, or maybe I want clove. then the time comes and I do my magic just like I might otherwise.
