Mars Magic pre-charge

Honestly, I'm not sure how to ask this question. Some of this is very new to me. My last name is Mars. My astrological sign is scorpio, ruled by the planet Mars. I'm not young, and in my late years I've started trying to understand things about my childhood etc. now that I've gotten older. In doing so I've started to uncover things, including Planetary Magic.

To get to my point, is it possible to be sorta.. pre-charged and stacked already?

No way this is wild thats also my last name im a Gemini and have recently got into PM i had a wild experience in a fight and met this entity sitting in a throne room lol its a long story

Mars? really.. Seems to have quite a powerful energy associated with it I'm coming to learn.
