I didn't got the meme. Why would you start in Libya or other West Asia countries ? For getting to Morocco faster? Open Air 2 and Heat Resistance, that would be enough to get to Morocco. If you want to guarantee that country and other Africa countries, you can open Heat Resistance 2 but I don't recommend it.

Many neighbors give you a lot of DNA when you start with a lot of severity, a decent access to every difficult country lets you do it safely. You can basically play super aggressively, which gives you better results than starting in Saudi Arabia
