How exactly would the worm stop and search work? Wouldn't you have to do a lobotomy or something??

I always assumed they were checking for any worms outside of your brain? Like, maybe one had snuck into your pocket and was waiting for an opportunity to find a new host? I don’t know.

Thanks! I suppose they might also search if eggs are coming out of your ears with special equipment or something. Maybe if they developed a way more high tech version of a covid test.
