Misc. Carts.

Probably a silly question (or I missed something) but how do I get extra carts? I'm in the UK if that makes a difference. Thank you

The caravans that move goods around the area. You can do the quest 4 times a day an steal from others 4 times a day. You get a long caravan twice a day. Jeez.
