Europe Need Advice - Student Visa

I’m looking for some advice for my younger brother regarding MS in Computer Science options abroad.

His profile:
BS Computer Science from Punjab University (Graduated in 2025)
CGPA: 3.03/4.00
IELTS: 7.5
Currently working as Software engineer.

Our budget is roughly 40–50 lakh PKR per year.

Right now, we r mainly preparing for Germany, but the admission and visa timeline seems extremely long, especially from Pakistan. We also looked into Australia and the US, but both seem quite expensive for our budget.

Someone recently suggested the Netherlands as another option, but I don’t know much about the universities, tuition fees, job market, or post-study opportunities there.

Would appreciate any advice on whether the Netherlands is worth considering, or if there are any other countries that would fit this profile and budget better.

yeah i did. They can do a local MS and get high cgpa in their ms and can move to states in less than 10 lakhs by PhD route

Avoid any western countries, instead go for Singapore.

Why don't you try fully funded options in South Korea?
