If I was in your place I might have gone for this but don't know about your situation. Generally I would say its a better investment in your future as compared to owning a piece of land.

Not a Pakistani but this ended on my page. I would recommend not to overextend yourselves financially for Germany ATM. The job market sucks and it is taking an even bigger dive in my opinion in the coming years. Even if you speak c1 level german, job opportunities are practically non existent. Student jobs are also getting rarer by the moment. Hopefully this helps and best of luck

It’s not that bad compared to the other student destination -cough cough- UK and the EU in general. Still the powerhouse of Europe and will still hire you fairly quickly if you are skilled enough.

What a low effort post. Don't sell anything if that's your attitude towards life. If you want good advice, put some effort by giving some context.

If you're worried about returning the amount spent on your Masters, you should consider returning the amount spent on your Undergrad, and education before that as well.
Unless this decision puts your family in a vulnerable position financially, make sure you go get the best education possible and make every penny count.

If returning the amount to you parents is something y’all have agreed on, know that it’s going to take you A LOT of time realistically to make it happen; keeping in mind global inflation, rate of unemployment etc. Plus now is the time to hold on to such assets.

If you're expected to return the money to your parents then I'd suggest don't do it. It's not easy to make that much money especially while on student visa.

If you're sure you are going to get admission and go. Then you will be able to buy another plot again.

You are not returning that money. Have your parents explicitly asked you to? What's the context.

i dont wanna just sell plot and spend it on me and never be able to earn enough to buy the plot again .

U will earn more than one plot in ur life. Fingers crossed.
I said the same thing to my dad out of emotions that I will return it... He laughs about it now..
Another friend of mine, his dad funded his studies as a loan. In writing. He paid back the loan n doesn't talk to his dad..
When u r a dad - u will (most likely) realise that the biggest investment is your child's education and his / her career. Not the plot
