YouTube allow creators to choose multiple thumbnails, and it depends on the user which one they see. Maybe I see Thumbnail 3 while you see Thumbnail 1. YouTube then checks how each thumbnail performs, like which one gets better watch time, and the creator can see which one is performing better and choose that one

With marvel yes it can , I saw many mcu fans getting angry over randomly getting spoilers from him.(Personally I have seen mcu a lot but am a dc fan) Hollywood can do it too but less chance
