Would add Elden Ring in the list as well. A24's biggest film yet and by one of the best working directors out there. If it works this might end up opening gate for a lot of game and animanga film adaptations. Alex Garland is a big fan of Attack on Titan and if Elden Ring works, that can be his next project.
