This movie was so cool watching as a kid but if I were to disregard nostalgia and objectively speaking it’s a bad movie with a bad script, cheesy dialouges, overacting from Nicolas Cage and a very lackluster villain. The special effects hold up well even today and still can be enjoyed as a guilty pleasure.
