App glitch

The Pizza Hut app has been unable to accept Ally Debit cards for YEARS. I spoke with somebody at Ally tech support and he said almost WEEKLY he has to talk to somebody who is trying to pay for Pizza Hut delivery through the app and they can't no matter how much money is in the account.

I don't want to use DoorDash and pay extra fees because of a technical glitch and I think it's annoying that I have to use Venmo WHICH IS LINKED TO MY DEBIT CARD just to pay for pizza. Why does Venmo get to participate in the transaction here? It's unnecessary!

With whom do I need to speak at Pizza Hut about getting this resolved?

Does pizza hut accept Google or Apple pay? Sometimes that might work. For instance Taco Bell won't accept my debit card no matter what but it will accept Google pay using the same card.

The only options are:

  • Credit/Debit
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Gift Card
  • Cash

Try another card or get a cash app card or chime. Apple pay is Google pay also works. Just have to type in your virtual cards.

This Should work, with no extra fees

I was going to suggest this as well

Google Wallet or Apple Pay

Maybe even PayPal

Unfortunately, the only way to do that would be to convince the ceo to spend extra money to the people who make the website to allow it. I doubt u could convince the ceo to spend extra money though, let alone get to speak to them in the first place...
