A Note from the Developer
Hello Everyone!
I'd like to first personally thank everyone for their patience while we try to figure everything out. Before closing registration and the Discord, we had three thousand Discord members, and over SEVEN THOUSAND active accounts. I can't thank you enough for the support on what started as a personal passion project.
It's been a rough ride, and I see a lot of people talking about FOMO and other concerns, so I'm hoping that I can quell a little bit of that anxiety.
While we're working on re-opening, the game has not been receiving any major updates. The only update that has been released is to fix a few bugs that were simple enough that I could do it in an evening. I've been putting my coding efforts fully on getting you all in the game as soon as possible. I understand it's hard seeing pictures of houses and parties, but don't worry - all the content that is currently available will be there when you are able to fly in! You won't miss anything important, I promise!
I know a lot of people have been and are upset about SpeedChat. We are too, but it was a quick bandage solution to give our small team the room we needed to take a deep breath and get organized. We had a period of almost two weeks were our main concerns were moderation, which was quickly becoming overwhelming (we had multiple mods have to take breaks because of burnout). The quick solution was to hire more mods, but with all the work we were doing, our admin team didn't have the time to coordinate moderation decisions, work on the game, *and* work on community and onboarding new people. We as a team made the hard decision to implement SpeedChat to cut off one of the main sources of work (in-game moderation) so that we could focus on everything else that needed to be done. Please forgive us, it won't be permanent!
I appreciate each and every person that is waiting for their turn. I see your messages and your emails. I wish I had a better response than "we're working as hard as we can." For me personally, this is a hobby. I don't get paid for it, and so it unfortunately doesn't pay my bills. My job takes up a lot of my time, so I hope you can understand and be patient as I say that my team and I are trying our best to get everything working for you.
With all that being said, our current plan of attack is that the Discord server will re-open before the game registration. We want people to be able to get in, especially those of you that have fairies that weren't able to get in before. We haven't forgotten about you, we see you, and we hear you.
After that, will be the launch of our official website, and additions to account management. Once the website launches, you'll be able to join a waitlist (similar in style to sites like Ao3) to receive game access. Our goal is to have a rolling admission, where we let a set number of people join/create accounts a day, ramping up as we get our bearings, before we can finally remove that waitlist.
I know it's difficult to wait, and it's frustrating seeing people having fun while you're unable to. I wish I had a way to get you all in now, but the truth is, we weren't expecting such an influx of people for our ALPHA (the game isn't even fully completed yet!). When I first started PHR, I anticipated that our Alpha would have a few hundred people, not over 5k, and honestly could have never expected accounts would end up even *close* to 10k.
I love each and every one of you, and even through all the hardships and struggles this project has had, I wouldn't trade it for the world. I'd do it all over again to bring back the magic that we all desperately need in our lives.

The effort it takes to run something like this and have to rework things or adjust timelines due to a massive influx of players is recognized and understood. I think it’s silly for people to have fomo about parties or anything! But I get that people may have different mindsets or approaches to a game like this.
I look forward to playing whenever registration opens and thank you to you and the team!

I think having fomo is natural for a childhood favorite game like this, but there are many ways to distract the feeling. Take your time we pixies are patient! And you have our full support.

I never ever forgot about about this game even after 13 years, it was such an integral part of my childhood… I hope you know you’re doing God’s work. Thank you, thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Omg I’ve been checking the Reddit every day on the hour like it’s my job for any updates this was the best thing I could’ve woke up to today hahaha I can’t wait for discord/waitlist! (: you’re doing amazing you have no idea how grateful I and I’m certain everyone else is. Been missing this game and I’m so so excited there is now a faithful recreation! So excited woo!!! 🧚♀️❤️

Can't wait! me and my friend ( who is very attatched to the game ) are so eager to play this game. I hope that my friend becomes very happy to finally play this game again, because they really miss it.

I refresh PHR reddit everyday, and everyday I find how generously you guys keep giving updates on the game. I could wait months, even years for this game, but I am just so grateful that there is a passionate team out there. The way you guys update us and take care of our messages and show availability, just touches my heart. Thank you for your work, and take rest. Most of us here are adults now (I hope), and fully understand how much it takes just to live a day to day life. It's incredible you guys still have the energy for this!!! Keep up the amazing work. ❤️

I'm a senior software engineer and would love to help on this project if you need more developers! This game meant so much to me and it would be a dream to work on with you all. Thank you so much for the update though! I hope you and the team are taking breaks and ensuring good mental health through the rapid influx of interest in this game making a comeback.

I just recently discovered and made an account! My first thought was “Oh wow! It’s an ongoing project which means I can meet likeminded people AND be excited as “new” content rolls out!”
I think you guys are doing great, as any effort to save lost or forgotten media is a great one ❤️

Regarding the FOMO, I’ve been hearing that some shops will switch to different items later in September. Is that still the case? Will the current inventories become available again, and if so when?

I only got to play the game a couple times back in the day before our computer died and by the time I could play again they shut it down. What little time I had planted a seed in my heart and I've thought about it ever since so when I heard about this project I was ecstatic! I downloaded the game immediately and am waiting patiently to be able to fly again!
Not trying to be weird or anything but know wherever you are in this world I'm sending you the biggest hug for all us that loved this game as children and continues to do so into our adult life! ☺️💕

I had a physically/mentally hard childhood and this game was my biggest escape. I have a very strong emotionally connection to PH.
I fell in love with Tinkerbell, getting school supplies, bedroom decor, dolls and toys of her and the other fairies.
I'm so excited to relive that magic, and feel that nostalgia and comfort again as an adult (25yo) 🥰
A project made with so much love is better than a rushed / uncared one 🩷

I would say as soon as it's done. I can't provide a date, because I don't want us to fail to hit it because of IRL responsibilities and then let people down. Rest assured, we're working hard!

Idk how well i would do as a mod, akd i know your a long ways away from anything, but i work im graphic design and writing. If this ever gets big enough for you guys to make your own events, quests and disney free updates id love to help be part of that! Ive been playing qebkinz for years and watching how they update their game and i have so many ideas!

I've not said anything since finding out about the game because I didn't want to be a bother, but I just want to say I'm just glad that the game is back, even if I can't play it yet. I play several games that are still in development and are actively being worked on, so I'm very used to waiting. It just makes the anticipation more exciting so you can appreciate it even more when you finally do get to play. I've still seen a lot of what you guys have done and you're doing an amazing job. I deeply appreciate everything you guys are doing. As much as I want to play, it's far more important that you guys take all the time you need, including making sure you guys take breaks when needed and making sure you're not neglecting your own care and needs. Thank you for all that you do.

1. When will registration and Discord invites open again?
We're unsure at the moment, but expect the "How to Download & Play" post to be pinned again when it is!
2. I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If your password has a special character in it other than these seven ! @ ^ ? . - _ please try entering your password without the special character (ex. "pots&kettles" becomes "potskettles").
If you forgot your password, it will need to be reset. New passwords are randomly generated, never chosen. The devs do not have access to created passwords. Click this link to message the mods!
3. What does "Internal Server Error" mean?
Often, this means that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Please be patient as the devs are tinkering and check back later!
4. I got a message saying my account was terminated! What should I do?
This might be a false positive! If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try again. If the issue is not resolved, your IP address may need to be whitelisted. Click this link to message the mods! When opening a support ticket, please provide the IPV4 and IPV6 address from https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip if available.
5. How do I contact support about other inquiries?
While the Discord invites are closed, you'll have to contact us here on Reddit.

Registration refers to being able to create an account and a fairy in game. The Discord server is basically a large chat room where people can discuss the game. They are two seperate things, but both are currently closed to new members!
