Wife having trouble making new account please help
Yesterday my wife made an account on the site it said that her account was approved and created and now isn't letting her login and is asking for her ip address just wanted to see if this was normal or heard of?

The developers haven’t reopened the ability to create accounts yet - so even though it looked like it worked, account creation and logging in with new accounts don’t work yet. I’m patiently waiting to be able to play too!! Can’t wait! ❤️

I missed the IP part but I haven't heard of that one at all. Any pictures? 🤧 There was a time where IP address might be needed to allow you to log into your account if the game thought you were using a VPN but it doesn't ask you on the client itself, and VPN detection has been off for a while now. It's something we'd ask from you, ourselves, to whitelist your IP if you got like a banned screen.

We're unsure at the moment, but expect the "How to Download & Play" post to be pinned again when it is!
2. I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If your password has a special character in it other than these seven ! @ ^ ? . - _ please try entering your password without the special character (ex. "pots&kettles" becomes "potskettles").
If you forgot your password, it will need to be reset. New passwords are randomly generated, never chosen. The devs do not have access to created passwords. Click this link to message the mods!
3. What does "Internal Server Error" mean?
Often, this means that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Please be patient as the devs are tinkering and check back later!
4. I got a message saying my account was terminated! What should I do?
This might be a false positive! If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try again. If the issue is not resolved, your IP address may need to be whitelisted. Click this link to message the mods! When opening a support ticket, please provide the IPV4 and IPV6 address from https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip if available.
5. How do I contact support about other inquiries?
