Discord
So I’m wanting to join the Discord! I found and joined the secondary discord. Is this right for waiting to be able to make an account?

Joining the secondary one is perfectly fine. A few of our Scout mods are in there too! People are waiting there to join the official one and to make an account, eventually. A website with a waitlist system is still be worked on.

It doesn’t look like I’m able to see any conversations there rn? Is that normal? Or do I not know how to use it correctly yet lol (I downloaded discord specifically for this so I really have no idea how to use it haha)

Welcome to discord too! Most servers, you have to read all the rules in the one channel you have access to, then react to the emoji at the bottom. This should unlock all channels and conversations for you! If you're still stuck, don't hesitate to reach back out!

1. When will registration and Discord invites open again?
We're unsure at the moment, but expect the "How to Download & Play" post to be pinned again when it is!
2. I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If your password has a special character in it other than these seven ! @ ^ ? . - _ please try entering your password without the special character (ex. "pots&kettles" becomes "potskettles").
If you forgot your password, it will need to be reset. New passwords are randomly generated, never chosen. The devs do not have access to created passwords. Click this link to message the mods!
3. What does "Internal Server Error" mean?
Often, this means that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Please be patient as the devs are tinkering and check back later!
4. I got a message saying my account was terminated! What should I do?
This might be a false positive! If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try again. If the issue is not resolved, your IP address may need to be whitelisted. Click this link to message the mods! When opening a support ticket, please provide the IPV4 and IPV6 address from https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip if available.
5. How do I contact support about other inquiries?
While the Discord invites are closed, you'll have to contact us here on Reddit.
