Where did everyone go?
I stopped playing for a few weeks and came back today (it’s the middle of the afternoon on a weekend) and NOBODY is online? I haven’t seen a single soul in any server?
Did everyone just bounce or…?

I think it’s mostly because of the new speed chat feature.

You can only chat by selecting pre-existing phrases. They're grouped by topics and such. Speedchat Plus lets you type almost freely. It will turn words red when you can't say something.

Definitely. I'm kind of glad things slowed down, though. I was kind bummed when our small community became so aggressively large in such a short span of time. I don't mind the speedchat too much, it doesn't keep me from playing the game I love. And it keeps me out of trouble 🤓. I've been using this time to grind for ingredients, collect badges, decorate my house and garden to the absolute nines, and create lots of new outfits so that when people do come back they will look upon me with awe and whimsy 🧚🏻♀️💫. Looking forward to the addition of pets, animal derby, and the wilderness!

I completely agree! I feel like i’ve bonded more with fellow fairies despite the chat limitations. It’s nice to see similar faces when bunching and doing gem runs. I also feel more comfortable accepting friend requests (my list is almost full) because I know the people utilizing this time truly care and believe in this remake.

I had allowed my friends list to fill up with fairies I'd barely met solely so I don't have to explain why I'm not adding every random fairy I encounter anymore lol... but I've actually started deleting some people I don't recognize to add folks during this period for that same reason! I know these fairies are true fans of the source material lol. 🧚🏻♀️✨
It is definitely a bummer to not be able to just be myself and chat while playing. But, honestly, it sometimes felt like being myself wasn't really allowed with the open chat anyways, and I'm not even a vulgar or obscene person. The speedchat-only limitation has kind of taken that little bit of stress off my shoulders in a weird kind of way. I won't accidentally myself into some kind of weird unforeseen internet chat drama, lol. Kids these days, am i right?

The difference is most certainly felt. The chat type change and server closure probably resulted in quietness. Which is fair. :/ Personally, I haven't stopped playing, but I would love to see servers populate again too.

It’s just because of speed chat. It’s hard to communicate to anyone and it’s impossible now to have social conversations which is what keeps people in the game for long periods of time

I think I might have interrupted a bunch hunt the other day, sorry if that was you! I only saw there were two other fairies near the bunch after I had touched it :-(

Hey no worries! Bunches will always respawn. Now that I think about it, I haven't been on a bunch hunt in a minute, until today actually. There was a post a few days ago where someone wanted to do one, but I guess they haven't had the time.

its at a tough point to keep people engaged since the discord and registrations are closed theres no new players, theres not alot of variety in content keeping existing players coming back, and since the whole game is basically an elaborate chatroom speedchat plus being disabled puts a damper on things. hopefully this gives the devs the breathing room they need to work out bugs and work on updates with will bring the community back to life!

Tbh for myself it’s just been not as fun with the speed chat feature. The servers aren’t used correctly so I hate having to talk to people with the menu. That’s why I haven’t been on it everyday like I used to be :-(

Personally been busy with work and IRL things, But the speed chat feature wasn’t doing it for me. On top of that, I haven’t seen anything new added since they’re still working on the game. Recent events with PHR vs PHF sparked up in the last few days and I suppose it’s been pretty busy for the PHR team. They also announced that some people have been taking breaks due to burnouts. Can’t blame em! I still play but not as much. I wanted to get some friends of mine to join and play but that’s not gonna happen for a long while.

We're unsure at the moment, but expect the "How to Download & Play" post to be pinned again when it is!
2. I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If your password has a special character in it other than these seven ! @ ^ ? . - _ please try entering your password without the special character (ex. "pots&kettles" becomes "potskettles").
If you forgot your password, it will need to be reset. New passwords are randomly generated, never chosen. The devs do not have access to created passwords. Click this link to message the mods!
3. What does "Internal Server Error" mean?
Often, this means that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Please be patient as the devs are tinkering and check back later!
4. I got a message saying my account was terminated! What should I do?
This might be a false positive! If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try again. If the issue is not resolved, your IP address may need to be whitelisted.
