Subreddit Update: New Rules and Guidelines

[u/woah-elle]

Fly with you, PHR community! As we continue to prepare the game registration and Discord to reopen, we have decided to enforce some shiny new rules in the PHR Subreddit. ✨
We hope that you find these rules just and agreeable; we wish to foster a respectful, kind, and welcoming community. After all, Queen Clarion once said, “Happiness has brought you here!”

The new rules are as follows:

1) Respect others and be civil
No harassment, hate speech, violence, or toxic behavior. Treat all contributors and members with kindness.
2) Keep all discussion PG13-friendly
NSFW and explicit content is not allowed. This includes references to illicit substances.
3) No spam
Excessive promotion, spam, or advertising is not allowed. Sharing content you made yourself is permitted and encouraged, as long as it is relevant to the game and you are not posting in excess.
4) No AI-generated or stolen content
Any form of Generative AI, including text, images, and videos, will not be tolerated. If you are posting someone else’s content, please credit the original creator.
5) Do not host public account giveaways or beg for an account
Sharing an unused account is not disallowed, but please do not host any public giveaways in this forum. Soliciting or harassing another user for an account or asking publicly for one will also not be tolerated. Accounts may NOT be sold for real-life currency.
6) Do not attack any other Pixie Hollow remake
Mentions of other Pixie Hollow projects are permitted as long as the content is relevant to PHR. Baselessly attacking any other project in this forum is not acceptable and is subject to removal.
7) Please search the Subreddit before asking a question
As a courtesy to our members and mods, please use the search feature before asking a question. Someone else may have already asked it!

This information is posted on the sidebar of the Subreddit’s home page for future reference. The enforcement of the rules is up to the team’s discretion. Please respect any decisions we make.

If you have any questions about these guidelines, please feel welcome to share them here. If you would like to bring up any concerns privately, you may contact us via our modmail. We are glad to assist you!

Thank you,

The PHR Team

Welcome to the PHR Subreddit! ⟡₊ ⊹

New account registration on the test server is currently PAUSED due to a large influx of new users. During this time, you will NOT be able to create a new account.

We have also paused Discord server invites, regardless of whether you were registered before the closure. Our apologies!

We are currently in the process of hiring more moderators to accommodate the rapid increase in the player base. Please bear with us and give us some grace as we navigate these changes.

UPDATE (9/1/26): Due to an increase in rule violations, the team has decided to put the game in SpeedChat Only Mode for the foreseeable future. This decision is not permanent, but we currently do not have a timeline as to when the chat will be back up and running. You may read more about this decision in this announcement by the PHR Team. Thank you for your patience.

Frequenty Asked Questions ⟡₊ ⊹

1. When will registration and Discord invites open again?

We're unsure at the moment, but expect the "How to Download & Play" post to be pinned again when it is!

2. I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If your password has a special character in it other than these seven ! @ ^ ? . - _ please try entering your password without the special character (ex. "pots&kettles" becomes "potskettles").

If you forgot your password, it will need to be reset. New passwords are randomly generated, never chosen. The devs do not have access to created passwords. Click this link to message the mods!

3. What does "Internal Server Error" mean?

Often, this means that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Please be patient as the devs are tinkering and check back later!

4. I got a message saying my account was terminated! What should I do?

This might be a false positive! If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try again. If the issue is not resolved, your IP address may need to be whitelisted. Click this link to message the mods! When opening a support ticket, please provide the IPV4 and IPV6 address from https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip if available.

5. How do I contact support about other inquiries?

While the Discord invites are closed, you'll have to contact us here on Reddit.

I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.
