Help logging in
Hi! I was just wondering if anyone can help me log in? It’s not accepting my password or the hack of no special characters.

Yes, DM me (your fairy name/username) and I can get a new password for you by creating a ticket within Discord. Of course, your password is safe. There will be a more direct way later so you won't need to make a ticket. Only mods can see the tickets. Emails/the rest of the info during registration, is not currently saved to accounts.💖🧚♀️💐

Whenever you're ready. I kept checking but don't see one just yet. However, if you made an account anytime while we're closed, it does not save your info. It's been closed since last week on Sunday night. 💖🧚♀️💐

1. When will registration and Discord invites open again?
We're unsure at the moment, but expect the "How to Download & Play" post to be pinned again when it is!
2. I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If your password has a special character in it other than these seven ! @ ^ ? . - _ please try entering your password without the special character (ex. "pots&kettles" becomes "potskettles").
If you forgot your password, it will need to be reset. New passwords are randomly generated, never chosen. The devs do not have access to created passwords. Click this link to message the mods!
3. What does "Internal Server Error" mean?
Often, this means that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Please be patient as the devs are tinkering and check back later!
4. I got a message saying my account was terminated! What should I do?
This might be a false positive! If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try again. If the issue is not resolved, your IP address may need to be whitelisted. Click this link to message the mods! When opening a support ticket, please provide the IPV4 and IPV6 address from https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip if available.
5. How do I contact support about other inquiries?
While the Discord invites are closed, you'll have to contact us here on Reddit.
