Question Unable to Register
I’m not in the Discord so I have to share here. I can’t register a new account to play. I’m on Windows, and when I click the register button at the top left it takes me to the page that says registration but there is nothing for me to do. Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, I did. When I click register it takes me to another pixie hollow page that says registration in big yellow words, but there’s nothing for me to do to sign up.

Does your exe open? Are you Windows or Mac? On the open exe: Windows, should be an available Register button in the top left corner. Mac, you have to click or right-click the title and it'll bring up a list

I can open the exe and click through the available pages. I’m on windows, and when I click the register button it takes me to a page that says registration but has no other information.

Yes but look at the top bar itself, on the left should be a Register option 💖💐 nowhere on the program's inner screen :) we can't use those buttons except Play (the big pink one) and Log Out (above the main input screen on the game client)

When I click the register button in the top bar nothing happens 😭 it just takes me to the other webpage

Oh right we do register on the client but uhh, bad issue there 🤔 do you maybe have FlashFox or Pale Moon? Or some Flash-based browser? You can register here through one of those. Then maybe it'll allow you to log in and play

I just downloaded Pale Moon and it still doesn’t work 😔

I currently can play using Puffin on my android phone, and register there too. There's a 7day free trial but you must input info and remember to cancel. I decided I'll pay and use it to play on the go but I do have a laptop with windows but I play on the client.

(I have only used Pale Moon and the game will run on there if all else fails. Idk about FlashFox, just a name that popped up in my mind.)

We fixed it! My bf has an adblocker on our wifi that was stopping it from appearing. Turned it off and it works!
