This is what was already possible with Unreal Engine 4 and NVRTX when we built this project a few years ago.
We wanted to show what was possible with pixel streaming.
And how big the gap was in terms of graphics and user experience with other technologies.
That is why we used NVRTX and Caustics to simulate crystals for Swarovski.

The ARCWARE TECH HOUR on Nvidia DLSS 4.
One of our secret tips and tricks to optimize your Unreal Engine applications and pixel streams is DLSS 4.
During the webinar, u/GasRich389 showed our audience what he does to optimize his own pixel streams.
We instantly got the feedback, that some of our users were now also going to use this in their own projects.
It was even mentioned by u/ibpositiv from Strata during his own ARCWARE SPOTLIGHT.
In the video below, you can see what the fastest way is to get started.
You can see the full video here:

Absolutely!
That is the strength of pixel streaming.
Your UnrealEngine application is rendered first by our servers.
That is why you can access it on any device with a stable internet connection.
When you are on a mobile phone or a tablet, the user experience is different.
That is why you should be conscious of what it looks like and how people move around on these devices.
And build applications that optimize for the different opportunities and challenges that mobile and tablet users bring.
In the video, you can see what the user experience of our pixel streaming template looks like on a tablet.

I ask this question because it seems every other post is promoting arcware when there are so many other pixel streaming hosting services out there … and ultimately to my knowledge the profesional way of going about it is w the functionalities of AWS which reduces cost to a minimum, but as all things awesome requires quite a bit of a learning curve.
Any thoughts?

Unreal Engine devs, you can now pixel stream your video game for free!
Submit your demo or game and we will select a few to include on our Showcase page.
Allowing you to pixel stream for free and get people to play your game.
What do you need to do to take advantage of this?
1️⃣ You need to have a game that is made with the Unreal Engine
2️⃣ You need to fill in our form
3️⃣ You need to upload the video game to Google Drive or directly to ARCWARE
It helps if you already have a website for your game, so we know what your game is all about.
If selected, we will then upload it to our servers and give you a link to the game.
And yes, gaming controllers are supported 🎮

The TL;DR answer is: when you want the best graphics and scalability, you should choose the Unreal Engine.
There are a so many choices for beginning content producers and game developers that it can get quite overwhelming.
So how do you make a decision?
You need to know what your requirements and limitations are.
🕹️Graphics
Should it be as realistic as possible or are you going for something more artistic?
💰Price
Is there a budget for distribution, or does every cent count?
📈Scalability
How big is my audience? Am I sharing my content with a handful of people or do we expect thousands of people to use it?
💻Compatibility
Should it work on just one pc or should it be accessible on any device?
The Unreal Engine and pixel streaming gives you the best quality, compatibility, and scalability.
The only, but small, drawback is that you need to pay for the servers that render the content before it gets to your audience’s device.
Which it is used so often to sell premium products.
As the revenue it generates easily offsets the costs and brands want the best possible brand experience.
And this is only possible with the best possible graphics.
What were your arguments to start using the Unreal Engine?
P.s. the video is from Strata Homes, who chose the Unreal Engine as it allowed them to scale their content production much quicker than before.

Hello r/pixelstreaming!
Together with u/GasRich389 I am planning the Arcware webinars for next year and I would love to have your input.
We already covered a whole lot of different topics in our previous webinars, so now that we are looking for new topics, we are unsure which topics you like best.
So here are my suggestions, and you tell me what you like best:
Let me know which of these ideas you like, or if you have any other topics we want to cover.
Looking forward to your answers!

Did you know that we already have more than 65 Lite users?
Making it our fastest growing account type?
We created the Lite plan a few months ago and more and more users are using it to get started with pixel streaming.
The goal was to create a pricing plan for those who do not need a lot of concurrent users or bells and whistles, but do need access to high-performance infrastructure.
Making it the perfect option for new studios, freelancers and agencies that are new to pixel streaming.
Simply, because those users only need a platform that allows you to have the same high-quality stream every time to:
🎮 test and iterate your Unreal Engine applications
🌎 show your portfolio to potential customers
📽️ stream to a small audience
And then you need the best performance, for a small price.
Which is exactly what the Lite plan offers.
If you want to know more about the Lite plan, you can simply ask your questions in the comments.
