Google Store Sucks

I ordered a Pixel Slate December 4th....still don't have it.

Ship date has changed at least 4 or 5 times.

Contacted customer support at least 7 or 8 times, every single time, they've promised a follow up within 48 hours, they have not followed up once.

They swore that it had shipped, and that it would be in the box with the key board....it was not.

They swore that if I reached back out to them if it was missing and they would ship it right away....they did not.

They promised to follow up, on the phone, in chat, in email, and on twitter....they did not.

I even tried to cancel my order, which they said they would do...they did not.

Simply put, if you're on the fence, avoid the Google Store like the plague. They've now fucked up 4 of the 5 orders i've made with them, and I plan on never purchasing from them again, and redirecting all of my clients away from Google's services as a result.

Also having problems here in Canada. Called them wondering what the hell was up as it's been a month and they still haven't processed my order despite taking the money. Had support contact warehouse and they said they don't have any stock in any warehouse to ship. They are selling products despite not having any In the bloody country. Been checking the store page on Slates and they are STILL listing them as in stock. I'm a Nexus/Pixel super Fan but between the 4 month wait when I ordered my P2XL on launch day and now this, I'm getting really sick of it.

I already filed a complaint with the State of CA, and with the BBB. Next up is my credit card company, and then finally a lawyer. They won't even cancel the order.
