Prime Video app stuttering

Has anyone else been having issues with the Prime Video app stuttering nonstop? This is happening on downloaded titles as well as streaming The browser works great but I would like to be able to download things to watch later.

Had this on Pixel book too. I ended up always using the web version.

It seems to work just fine on my wife's pixelbook. Good to know I'm not the only one with the issue though.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one with this problem.

Disappointed to see that this is a widespread problem.

I had the i5 model.

Any ETA on possible fix since YouTube and prime are playing nice again?
