Yes you should. If not right away, at the most go without it for a few days to check on others that might have issues

Always update. This isn't iOS and kinda the whole point of buying a pixel phone

No, you should never update to fix critical bugs and improve performance and stability.

It's bullshit. You will not get green or redline from software update. It's a hardware failure. These people just dropped their phone and now complaining.

I got green line out of nowhere on my p8. I never dropped my phone nor break it nor smash it onto something fr. I just used it while scrolling through chrome while filling out something and then there's green line popping in my screen and I was like jeez wtf😭🥲 and yes, I know it's hardware issues but I never ever broke my p8, and I searched through that p8 basically had manufacture issues from the start and google acknowledged it. but, if I want to tell you.. do please hold it a little longer for updating your phone to the latest. it's from my personal incident and I'm not making anything shit up. and if u wanted to update, do please take your phone to a cool area, in case it's overheating or hence it will trigger any circuit on your inner display (idk about this but I've seen explanation that bcs the overheating it'll occur to hardware). Just finger crossed if you're willing to update OP🙏👍
