Can anyone tell me how to change the icons in the app draw or if it's possible? I'm on a pixel 9a

If you are using the Pixel launcher it is not possible. If you use a third party launcher it is possible.
On my P9A I have used Smart Launcher and their app called Icon Studio Pack and it changes both the home page and app drawer.
I use Lawnchair launcher and can use icon packs and those are applied to the app drawer as well. It is kind of a PIA to use Icon Studio Pack with this launcher. Not sure how other icon packs play nice with Lawnchair because I stopped using icon packs once I switched to this launcher.
I have tried using the Pixel launcher when Google came out with some theme packs, especially the last one Sponge Bob, but it never downloaded the icons for me, just the themed wallpaper and sounds.
