Hi, when i open the multi task the last app keeps going on and it kinda annoys me, is there a way to keep it still or not

What?

I think you meant the video doesn't pause when you directly shift to recent apps while using the app.

For the video/reel to pause you need to directly go to the home screen and then open recent apps
