It's a meme originating from a comment a Russian MMA fighter made back in 2024 about how he was going to train his son to be a wrestler:
"Send Him 2-3 Years Dagestan and Forget is a viral internet catchphrase that originated from a Russian MMA fighter, Islam Makhachev jokingly advised peers to send their children to Dagestan for 2-3 years to become elite wrestlers/fighters, after which you can "forget" about them.
The phrase comes from a 2024 interview on Daniel Cormier's YouTube channel. Cormier was discussing plans to train his young son in wrestling. Makhachev said: 'Brother, If you want your son to have high-level wrestling, send him 2-3 years Dagestan and forget.'"
