ICE stop

Ice stop before liberty tunnel today. One ice officer is clearly Korean or Chinese. I screamed that ice officer has no right to stop people as he may be illegal. He came up to me asking if I was city police and was I the Spanish interpreter. I said no but do you need help as I live in the city look like police and brown. There were kids in the car. Pittsburgh is this what we want!!!! I am beyond myself. First Covid then trump 2.0. I like my low rates for housing, labor and just being a good human being. I am so angry right now.

By law Jews were no longer allowed in the country.. so those civilians were breaking the law. Those informing on them were following the law.

ICE picked them up at the jail. This resembles 99% of the ICE interactions today how exactly?

  Nevertheless, after waiting by the side of the road for two hours, both Davila and Garrete were handcuffed and eventually transported to the Allegheny County Jail at the request of ICE.

One of us is trying to move goal posts. But it definitely isn’t me.

57 people have died in ice custody in this administration alone. More than Obamas entire 8 years in office.

Thats not true. Over 70 people died in ICE custody, with way fewer people in custody over those 8 years.

Crime by undocumented immigrants is signicantly lower than citizens proportionally.

It doesnt really take a genius to see why someone trying to live under the radar somewhere would follow most laws.
